LarrainVial celebrates its 90 years of history at the Nasdaq

In Times Square we celebrated our 90 years of history and presence as a financial institution in Chile, and latterly, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and the United States. This Thursday, April 25th, we visited the Nasdaq stock market, where our Chairman, Fernando Larrain, rang the Closing Bell.

This event took place during a seminar we offered together with our partner Invesco on ETF investments. The event was aimed at our institutional clients across the region, from Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico and Chile, mainly pension funds, insurance companies and family offices.

The objective of this three-day Masterclass - from 24 to 26 April - was to train investors and provide them with key tools to make the best investment decisions, through courses and case studies in the offices of Invesco and the Nasdaq.

It is a great satisfaction for those of us who come from far away, to realise how, led by institutions like the Nasdaq, the markets have become more integrated and the dream of seamless global capital markets is becoming a reality," said Fernando Larrain at the bell.
